HERO TIMER users may access the Products with 3 Premium Programs valid lifetime: the "Premium" subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment, the "ADS Free" subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment and the "Custom Workout" subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment.
The "ADS Free" program removes all the in-app advertising. The "Custom Workouts" program gives the possibility to create custom workouts. The "Premium" subscription includes the "ADS Free" benefits and the "Custom Workouts" benefits and something more: it gives the possibility to change the motivational label (which is "YOU ARE A HERO" by default), to remove all in-app advertising, to export multiple workouts from the logs, to repeat workouts the user already did and to create custom workouts. You can become a subscriber to the Premium Programs by purchasing the premium subscription within the App. Every subscription is valid for 100 years or until the date HERO TIMER ceases to commercially offer the Products. Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our IPhone/IPad application, the sale is final and valid for the Apple iTunes Store only. We will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final and valid for the Google Play Store only. We will not provide a refund. • Our "MONTHLY" subscription is paid in monthly installments. For each month that your monthly subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that HERO WOD is authorized to charge the same credit card as was used for the initial subscription fee or other payment method in the amount of the current monthly subscription fee as of the time of renewal. The monthly renewal subscription fees will continue to be billed to the Payment Method you provided, automatically until cancelled. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month subscription period.
• Our “ANNUAL” subscription is paid for by an upfront one-off payment with automatic annual renewal respectively. You acknowledge and agree that HERO WOD is authorized to charge the Payment Method used for the initial annual subscription fee at the rate secured at the time of purchase, and the renewal subscription fee(s) at the non-discounted rate in effect at the time of any such renewal. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the renewal subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial subscription period.
